In addition to 100% maple syrup, is a good brand of syrup contain NO high fructose corn syrup?
I use to love Aunt syrup Jemima until I read the label. It is not good enough for most cancer risk. Log Cabin and Mrs. Butterworth also have HFCS in them. I do not like maple syrup. All other brand to try?
Yes you can make your own syrup very easily with a fruit jam, simply, that has nothing but the fruit in it. This jam microwave until hot and sticky. There is no sugar in it either.
